Worship Leaders are a team of Spiritual Leaders who guide the congregation through the order of service in an uplifting manner and helps to prepare hearts and souls for worship.
The members of the Music ministry share God’s Word through a variety of music genres and support the choirs during services and special events.
An organized group of singers who love to praise, glorify and magnify God through their gifts of song.
Ushers serve during worship services and special events by welcoming our guests and assisting them with seating.
Greeters meet people at the door to welcome them to worship and special events.
Communion Stewards meet every 1st Saturday to prepare the Holy Communion elements and serve them every 1st Sunday and at special programs.
Nurturers are the first to greet individuals who have accepted our invitation to discipleship, answer questions, and help assimilate them into the church.
Pastor’s Aides serve in the background to provide water, mints, tissues, hand sanitizer, towels, and any other aides necessary to facilitate the comfort of the Clergy Team during worship services and special events.
This team of highly skilled professionals provides a safe and secure environment for all who come to our worship facilities.
The Member Care Team welcomes new members and assists the Nurturers in providing information regarding the church and its ministries; fellowship opportunities, and encourage volunteerism.
The Christian Education Team develops and offers educational opportunities for individuals, families and the community to help people develop a closer relationship with God. Current Christian Education Offerings: • Adult Sunday school – Every Sunday from 9:15 am -10:15 am in the Garden Room. • Bible Study – Every Thursday from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm at 24300 Southfield Rd, Suite 310; Dr. Antione Geffrard, Instructor; Current topic – Exodus. • New Members Class – Saturday, March 7, 2015 Future Offerings: • Mid-Day Bible Study • Children and Youth Bible Study
